I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “”Proud..(ly)”.

Exodus  18:11   Now I know that the LORD is greater than all gods:
for in the thing wherein they dealt proudly he was above them.

1 Samuel  2:3   Talk no more so exceeding proudly;
let not arrogancy come out of your mouth:
for the LORD is a God of knowledge,
and by him actions are weighed.

Nehemiah  9:10   And shewedst signs and wonders upon Pharaoh,
and on all his servants,
and on all the people of his land:
for thou knewest that they dealt proudly against them.
So didst thou get thee a name, as it is this day.

Nehemiah  9:16   But they and our fathers dealt proudly,
