I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “strangers”  from the prophets of Old Testament (KJV).

your land, strangers devour it in your presence,
and it is desolate, as overthrown by strangers.

because they be replenished from the east,
and are soothsayers like the Philistines,
and they please themselves in the children of strangers.

Isaiah 5:17   Then shall the lambs feed after their manner,
and the waste places of the fat ones shall strangers eat.

and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land:
and the strangers shall be joined with them,
and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob.

a palace of strangers to be no city; it shall never be built.

even the heat with the shadow of a cloud:
the branch of the terrible ones shall be brought low.

and the multitude of the terrible ones shall be as chaff that passeth away:
yea, it shall be at an instant suddenly.

Isaiah 56:3   Neither let the son of the stranger,
that hath joined himself to the LORD, speak, saying,
The LORD hath utterly separated me from his people:
neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.

Isaiah 56:6   Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD,
to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants,
every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it,
and taketh hold of my covenant;

Isaiah 60:10   And the sons of strangers shall build up thy walls,
and their kings shall minister unto thee:
for in my wrath I smote thee,
but in my favour have I had mercy on thee.

Isaiah 61:5   And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks,
and the sons of the alien shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.

Isaiah 62:8   The LORD hath sworn by his right hand,
and by the arm of his strength,
Surely I will no more give thy corn to be meat for thine enemies;
and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy wine,
for the which thou hast laboured:

and thy throat from thirst:
but thou saidst, There is no hope: no;
for I have loved strangers, and after them will I go.

Jeremiah 3:13   Only acknowledge thine iniquity,
that thou hast transgressed against the LORD thy God,
and hast scattered thy ways to the strangers under every green tree,
and ye have not obeyed my voice, saith the LORD.

Jeremiah 5:19   And it shall come to pass, when ye shall say,
Wherefore doeth the LORD our God all these things unto us?

Like as y e have forsaken me, and served strange gods in your land,
so shall ye serve strangers in a land that is not yours.

Jeremiah 7:6   If ye oppress not the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow,
and shed not innocent blood in this place,
neither walk after other gods to your hurt:

why shouldest thou be as a stranger in the land,
and as a wayfaring man that turneth aside to tarry for a night?

and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor:

or of the stranger that sojourneth in Israel,
which separateth himself from me,
and setteth up his idols in his heart,
and putteth the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face,
and cometh to a prophet to enquire of him concerning me;
I the LORD will answer him by myself:

and all the people of the earth are gone down from his shadow,
and have left him.

and they have broken my covenant because of all your abominations.

“Punishment” mentioned in the enire Bible (KJV)

    1. So the king and Haman came to banquet with Esther the queen. 2. And the king said again unto Esther on the second day at the banquet of wine, What is thy petition, queen Esther? and it shall be granted thee: and what is thy request? and it shall be performed, even to the half of the kingdom. 3. Then Esther the queen answered and said, If I have found favour in thy sight, O king, and if it please the king, let my life be given me at my petition, and my people at my request: 4. For we are sold, I and my people, to be destroyed, to be slain, and to perish. But if we had been sold for bondmen and bondwomen, I had held my tongue, although the enemy could not countervail the king's damage. 5. Then the king Ahasuerus answered and said unto Esther the queen, Who is he, and where is he, that durst presume in his heart to do so? 6. And Esther said, The adversary and enemy is this wicked Haman. Then Haman was afraid before the king and the queen. 7. And the king arising from the banquet of wine in his wrath went into the palace garden: and Haman stood up to make request for his life to Esther the queen; for he saw that there was evil determined against him by the king.And they shall bear the punishment of their iniquity:
the punishment of the prophet shall be even as
the punishment of him that seeketh unto him; –Ezekiel 14:10

My punishment is greater than I can bear.

and have brought them into the land of their enemies;

and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:

Leviticus 26:43  The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths,
while she lieth desolate without them:
and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity:
because, even because they despised my judgments,
and because their soul abhorred my statutes.

there shall no punishment happen to thee for this thing.

O daughter of Zion; he will no more carry thee away into captivity: he will visit thine iniquity,
O daughter of Edom; he will discover thy sins.

the punishment of the prophet shall be even as
the punishment of him that seeketh unto him;

Amos 1:3  Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Damascus, and for four,
I will not turn away the punishment thereof;
because they have threshed Gilead with threshing instruments of iron:

because they carried away captive the whole captivity, to deliver  them up to Edom:

I will not turn away the punishment thereof;
because they delivered up the whole captivity to Edom,
and remembered not the brotherly covenant:

Amos 1:11  Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Edom, and for four,
I will not turn away the punishment thereof;
because he did pursue his brother with the sword,
and did cast off all pity,
and his anger did tear perpetually,
and he kept his wrath for ever:

Amos 1:13  Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of the children of Ammon, and for four,
I will not turn away the punishment thereof;
because they have ripped up the women with child of Gilead,

after the which their fathers have walked:

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “judgments” from the Prophets of Old Times (Testament) – KJV.

Isa 26:8  Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O LORD,
have we waited for thee;
the desire of  our soul  is to thy name,
and to the remembrance of thee.

Isa 26:9  With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea,
with my spirit within me will I seek thee early:
for when thy judgments  are in the earth,
the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

Jer 1:16  And I will utter my judgments against them
touching all their wickedness,
who have forsaken me,
and have burned incense unto other gods,
and worshipped the works of their own hands.

Jer 12:1  Righteous  art thou, O LORD, when I plead with thee:
yet let me talk with thee of  thy judgments:
Wherefore doth the way of the wicked prosper?
wherefore are all they happy that deal very treacherously?

Eze 5:6  And she hath changed my judgments into wickedness more than the nations,
and my statutes more than the countries that are round about her:
for they have refused my judgments and my statutes,
they have not walked in them.

Eze 5:7  Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD;
Because ye multiplied more than the nations
that  are round about you,
and have not walked in my statutes,
neither have kept my judgments,
neither have done according to the judgments of the nations
that  are round about you;

Eze 5:8  Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I,  am against thee,
and will execute judgments in the midst of thee in the sight of the nations.

Eze 5:10  Therefore the fathers shall eat the sons in the midst of thee,
and the sons shall eat their fathers;
and I will execute judgments in thee,
and the whole remnant of thee will I scatter into all the winds.

Eze 5:15  So it shall be a reproach and a taunt,
an instruction and an astonishment unto the nations
that are round about thee,
when I shall execute judgments in thee in anger and in fury
and in furious rebukes.
I the LORD have spoken  it.

Eze 11:9  And I will bring you out of the midst thereof,
and deliver you into the hands of strangers,
and will execute judgments among you.

Eze 11:12  And ye shall know that I  am the LORD:
for ye have not walked in my statutes,
neither executed my judgments,
but have done after the manners of the heathen
that  are round about you.

Eze 14:21  For thus saith the Lord GOD;
How much more when I send my four sore judgments
upon Jerusalem, the sword,
and the famine,
and the noisome beast,
and the pestilence,
to cut off from it man and beast?

Eze 16:41  And they shall burn thine houses with fire,
and execute judgments upon thee in the sight of many women:
and I will cause thee to cease from playing the harlot,
and thou also shalt give no hire any more.

Eze 18:9  Hath walked in my statutes,
and hath kept my judgments,
to deal truly;
he  is just,
he shall surely live, saith the Lord GOD.

Eze 18:17   That hath taken off his hand from the poor,
that hath not received usury nor increase,
hath executed my judgments,
hath walked in my statutes;
he shall not die for the iniquity of his father,
he shall surely live.

Eze 20:11  And I gave them my statutes,
and shewed them my judgments,
which  if a man do,
he shall even live in them.

Eze 20:13  But the house of Israel rebelled against me in the wilderness:
they walked not in my statutes,
and they despised my judgments,
which  if a man do, he shall even live in them;
and my sabbaths they greatly polluted: then I said,
I would pour out my fury upon them in the wilderness, to consume them.

Eze 20:16  Because they despised my judgments,
and walked not in my statutes, but polluted my sabbaths:
for their heart went after their idols.

Eze 20:18  But I said unto their children in the wilderness,
Walk ye not in the statutes of your fathers,
neither observe their judgments,
nor defile yourselves with their idols:

Eze 20:19  I  am the LORD your God; walk in my statutes,
and keep my judgments, and do them;

Eze 20:21  Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me:
they walked not in my statutes,
neither kept my judgments to do them,
which  if a man do, he shall even live in them;
they polluted my sabbaths: then I said,
I would pour out my fury upon them,
to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness.

Eze 20:24  Because they had not executed my judgments,
but had despised my statutes,
and had polluted my sabbaths,
and their eyes were after their fathers’ idols.

Eze 20:25  Wherefore I gave them also statutes that were not good,
and judgments whereby they should not live;

Eze 23:24  And they shall come against thee with chariots, wagons, and wheels,
and with an assembly of people,
which shall set against thee buckler and shield and helmet round about:
and I will set judgment before them,
and they shall judge thee according to their judgments.

Eze 25:11  And I will execute judgments upon Moab;
and they shall know that I  am the LORD.

Eze 28:22  And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I  am against thee, O Zidon;
and I will be glorified in the midst of thee:
and they shall know that I  am the LORD,
when I shall have executed judgments in her,
and shall be sanctified in her.

Eze 28:26  And they shall dwell safely therein,
and shall build houses,
and plant vineyards; yea, they shall dwell with confidence,
when I have executed judgments upon all those
that despise them round about them;
and they shall know that I am the LORD their God.

Eze 30:14  And I will make Pathros desolate,
and will set fire in Zoan,
and will execute judgments in No.

Eze 30:19  Thus will I execute judgments in Egypt:
and they shall know that I  am the LORD.

Eze 36:27  And I will put my spirit within you,
and cause you to walk in my statutes,
and ye shall keep my judgments, and do  them.

Eze 37:24  And David my servant  shall be king over them;
and they all shall have one shepherd:
they shall also walk in my judgments,
and observe my statutes, and do them.

Eze 44:24  And in controversy they shall stand in judgment;
and they shall judge it according to my judgments:
and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all mine assemblies;
and they shall hallow my sabbaths.

Dan 9:5  We have sinned, and have committed iniquity,
and have done wickedly,
and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts
and from thy judgments:

Hos 6:5  Therefore have I hewed them by the prophets;
I have slain them by the words of my mouth:
and thy judgments  are as the light  that goeth forth.

Zep 3:15  The LORD hath taken away thy judgments,
he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel,
even the LORD,  is in the midst of thee:
thou shalt not see evil any more.

Mal 4:4  Remember ye the law of Moses my servant,
which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel,
with the statutes and judgments.
