And they shall bear the punishment of their iniquity:
the punishment of the prophet shall be even as
the punishment of him that seeketh unto him; –Ezekiel 14:10

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “Punishment”.
Genesis 4:13 And Cain said unto the LORD,
My punishment is greater than I can bear.
Leviticus 26:41 And that I also have walked contrary unto them,
and have brought them into the land of their enemies;
if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled,
and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:
Leviticus 26:43 The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths,
while she lieth desolate without them:
and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity:
because, even because they despised my judgments,
and because their soul abhorred my statutes.
I Samuel 28:10 And Saul sware to her by the LORD, saying, As the LORD liveth,
there shall no punishment happen to thee for this thing.
Job 31:3 Is not destruction to the wicked?
and a strange punishment to the workers of iniquity?
Lamentations 3:39 Wherefore doth a living man complain,
a man for the punishment of his sins?
Lamentations 4:6 For the punishment of the iniquity of the daughter of my people is
greater than the punishment of the sin of Sodom,
that was overthrown as in a moment,
and no hands stayed on her.
Lamentations 4:22 The punishment of thine iniquity is accomplished,
O daughter of Zion; he will no more carry thee away into captivity: he will visit thine iniquity,
O daughter of Edom; he will discover thy sins.
Ezekiel 14:10 And they shall bear the punishment of their iniquity:
the punishment of the prophet shall be even as
the punishment of him that seeketh unto him;
Amos 1:3 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Damascus, and for four,
I will not turn away the punishment thereof;
because they have threshed Gilead with threshing instruments of iron:
Amos 1:6 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Gaza, and for four,
I will not turn away the punishment thereof;
because they carried away captive the whole captivity, to deliver them up to Edom:
Amos 1:9 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Tyrus, and for four,
I will not turn away the punishment thereof;
because they delivered up the whole captivity to Edom,
and remembered not the brotherly covenant:
Amos 1:11 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Edom, and for four,
I will not turn away the punishment thereof;
because he did pursue his brother with the sword,
and did cast off all pity,
and his anger did tear perpetually,
and he kept his wrath for ever:
Amos 1:13 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of the children of Ammon, and for four,
I will not turn away the punishment thereof;
because they have ripped up the women with child of Gilead,
that they might enlarge their border:
Amos 2:1 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Moab, and for four,
I will not turn away the punishment thereof;
because he burned the bones of the king of Edom into lime:
Amos 2:4 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Judah, and for four,
I will not turn away the punishment thereof;
because they have despised the law of the LORD,
and have not kept his commandments,
and their lies caused them to err,
after the which their fathers have walked:
Amos 2:6 Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Israel, and for four,
I will not turn away the punishment thereof;
because they sold the righteous for silver,
and the poor for a pair of shoes;
Zechariah 14:19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt,
and the punishment of all nations that come not up
to keep the feast of tabernacles.
I Peter 2:14 Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent
by him for the punishment of evildoers,
and for the praise of them that do well.
