I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “law. . .ful…yer…” from the Gospels (KJV).

Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets:
I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass,
one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law,
till all be fulfilled.

Matthew 5:40 And if any man will sue thee at the law,
and take away thy coat,
let him have thy cloke also.

Matthew 7:12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you,
do ye even so to them:
for this is the law and the prophets.

Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance
against his father,
and the daughter against her mother,
and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

It is not lawful for us to put any man to death:

and by our law he ought to die,
because he made himself the Son of God.
