I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “wait from the Old Testament.

Genesis 49:18 I have waited for thy salvation, O LORD.

Exodus 21:13 And if a man lie not in wait, but God deliver him into his hand;
then I will appoint thee a place whither he shall flee.

Numbers 3:10 And thou shalt appoint Aaron and his sons,
and they shall wait on their priest’s office:
and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.
