I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “innocent”.

Exodus 23:7 Keep thee far from a false matter;
and the innocent and righteous slay thou not:
for I will not justify the wicked.

Deuteronomy 19:10 That innocent blood be not shed in thy land,
which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance,
and so blood be upon thee.

Deuteronomy 19:13 Thine eye shall not pity him,
but thou shalt put away the guilt of innocent blood from Israel,
that it may go well with thee.

Deuteronomy 21:8 Be merciful, O LORD, unto thy people Israel,
whom thou hast redeemed,
and lay not innocent blood unto thy people of Israel’s charge.
