UngodlyJudge me, O God,
and plead my cause

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “ungodly”.

2 Samuel 22:5 When the waves of death compassed me,
the floods of ungodly men made me afraid;

2 Chronicles 19:2 And Jehu the son of Hanani
the seer went out to meet him,
and said to king Jehoshaphat,
Shouldest thou help the ungodly,
and love them that hate the LORD?
therefore is wrath upon thee from before the LORD.

Job 16:11 God hath delivered me to the ungodly,
and turned me over into the hands of the wicked.

Job 34:18 Is it fit to say to a king, Thou art wicked?
and to princes, Ye are ungodly?

Psalms 1:1 Blessed is the man that
walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly,
nor standeth in the way of sinners,
nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

Psalms 1:4 The ungodly are not so:
but are like the chaff
which the wind driveth away.

Psalms 1:5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment,
nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

Psalms 1:6 For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous:
but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

Psalms 3:7 Arise, O LORD;
save me, O my God:
for thou hast smitten all mine enemies
upon the cheek bone;
thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.

Psalms 18:4 The sorrows of death compassed me,
and the floods of ungodly men made me afraid.

Psalms 43:1 Judge me, O God,
and plead my cause against an ungodly nation:
O deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man.

Psalms 73:5. They  are not in trouble  as other men;
neither are they plagued like  other men.
6. Therefore pride compasseth them about as a chain;
violence covereth them  as a garment.
7. Their eyes stand out with fatness:
they have more than heart could wish.
8. They are corrupt,
and speak wickedly
concerning oppression:
they speak loftily.
9. They set their mouth against the heavens,
and their tongue walketh through the earth.
10. Therefore his people return hither:
and waters of a full  cup are wrung out to them.
11. And they say, How doth God know?
and is there knowledge in the most High?

Psalms 73:12 Behold, these are the ungodly,
who prosper in the world;
they increase in riches.

Proverbs 16:27 An ungodly man diggeth up evil:
and in his lips there is as a burning fire.

Proverbs 19:28 An ungodly witness scorneth judgment:
and the mouth of the wicked devoureth iniquity.

Romans 4:5 But to him that worketh not,
but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly,
his faith is counted for righteousness.

Romans 5:6 For when we were yet without strength,
in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

1 Timothy 1:5. Now the end of the commandment is
charity out of a pure heart,
and  of a good conscience,
and  of faith unfeigned:
6. From which some having swerved
have turned aside unto vain jangling;
7. Desiring to be teachers of the law;
understanding neither what they say,
nor whereof they affirm.
8. But we know that the law  is good,
if a man use it lawfully;

1 Timothy 1:9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man,
but for the lawless and disobedient,
for the ungodly and for sinners,
for unholy and profane,
for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers,
for manslayers,

10. For whoremongers,
for them that defile themselves with mankind,
for menstealers,
for liars,
for perjured persons,
and if there be any other thing
that is contrary to sound doctrine;
11. According to the glorious gospel
of the blessed God,
which was committed to my trust.

1 Peter 4:18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved,
where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

2 Peter 2:5 And spared not the old world,
but saved Noah the eighth person,
a preacher of righteousness,
bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;

2 Peter 2:6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha
into ashes condemned them with an overthrow,
making them an ensample
unto those that after should live ungodly;

2 Peter 3:7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now,
by the same word are kept in store,
reserved unto fire against the day of judgment
and perdition of ungodly men.

Jude 1:4 For there are certain men crept in unawares,
who were before of old ordained
to this condemnation, ungodly men,
turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness,
and denying the only Lord God,
and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Jude 1:15 To execute judgment upon all,
and to convince all that are ungodly
among them of all their ungodly deeds
which they have ungodly committed,
and of all their hard speeches
which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

Jude 1:18 How that they told you
there should be mockers in the last time,
who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
