I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “pour…eth…” from the Prophets in the Old Testament (KJV).
Isaiah 26:16 LORD, in trouble have they visited thee,
they poured out a prayer
when thy chastening was upon them.
Isaiah 29:10 For the LORD hath poured out
upon you the spirit of deep sleep,
and hath closed your eyes:
the prophets and your rulers,
the seers hath he covered.
Isaiah 32:15 Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high,
and the wilderness be a fruitful field,
and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.
Isaiah 42:25 Therefore he hath poured upon him the fury of his anger,
and the strength of battle:
and it hath set him on fire round about, yet he knew not;
and it burned him, yet he laid it not to heart.
Isaiah 44:3 For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty,
and floods upon the dry ground:
I will pour my spirit upon thy seed,
and my blessing upon thine offspring:
Isaiah 45:8 Drop down, ye heavens, from above,
and let the skies pour down righteousness:
let the earth open,
and let them bring forth salvation,
and let righteousness spring up together;
I the LORD have created it.
Isaiah 53:12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great,
and he shall divide the spoil with the strong;
because he hath poured out his soul unto death:
and he was numbered with the transgressors;
and he bare the sin of many,
and made intercession for the transgressors.
Isaiah 57:6 Among the smooth stones of the stream is thy portion;
they, they are thy lot:
even to them hast thou poured a drink offering,
thou hast offered a meat offering.
Should I receive comfort in these?
Jeremiah 6:11 Therefore I am full of the fury of the LORD;
I am weary with holding in:
I will pour it out upon the children abroad,
and upon the assembly of young men together:
for even the husband with the wife shall be taken,
the aged with him that is full of days.
Jeremiah 7:18 The children gather wood,
and the fathers kindle the fire,
and the women knead their dough,
to make cakes to the queen of heaven,
and to pour out drink offerings unto other gods,
that they may provoke me to anger.
Jeremiah 7:20 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold,
mine anger and my fury
shall be poured out upon this place,
upon man, and upon beast,
and upon the trees of the field,
and upon the fruit of the ground;
and it shall burn,
and shall not be quenched.
Jeremiah 10:25 Pour out thy fury upon the heathen
that know thee not,
and upon the families that call not on thy name:
for they have eaten up Jacob,
and devoured him,
and consumed him,
and have made his habitation desolate.
Jeremiah 14:16 And the people to whom they prophesy
shall be cast out in the streets of Jerusalem
because of the famine and the sword;
and they shall have none to bury them,
them, their wives, nor their sons,
nor their daughters:
for I will pour their wickedness upon them.
Jeremiah 18:21 Therefore deliver up their children to the famine,
and pour out their blood by the force of the sword;
and let their wives be bereaved of their children,
and be widows;
and let their men be put to death;
let their young men be slain by the sword in battle.
Jeremiah 19:13 And the houses of Jerusalem,
and the houses of the kings of Judah,
shall be defiled as the place of Tophet,
because of all the houses upon whose roofs
they have burned incense unto all the host of heaven,
and have poured out drink offerings unto other gods.
Jeremiah 32:29 And the Chaldeans, that fight against this city,
shall come and set fire on this city,
and burn it with the houses,
upon whose roofs they have offered incense unto Baal,
and poured out drink offerings unto other gods,
to provoke me to anger.
Jeremiah 42:18 For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel;
As mine anger and my fury hath been poured forth
upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem;
so shall my fury be poured forth upon you,
when ye shall enter into Egypt:
and ye shall be an execration,
and an astonishment,
and a curse,
and a reproach;
and ye shall see this place no more.

and was kindled in the cities of Judah
and in the streets of Jerusalem;
and they are wasted and desolate, as at this day.
Jeremiah 44:17 But we will certainly do
whatsoever thing goeth forth out of our own mouth,
to burn incense unto the queen of heaven,
and to pour out drink offerings unto her,
as we have done, we,
and our fathers, our kings,
and our princes, in the cities of Judah,
and in the streets of Jerusalem:
for then had we plenty of victuals,
and were well, and saw no evil.
Jeremiah 44:18 But since we left off to burn
incense to the queen of heaven,
and to pour out drink offerings unto her,
we have wanted all things,
and have been consumed
by the sword and by the famine.
Jeremiah 44:19 And when we burned
incense to the queen of heaven,
and poured out drink offerings unto her,
did we make her cakes to worship her,
and pour out drink offerings unto her,
without our men?
Jeremiah 44:25 Thus saith the LORD of hosts,
the God of Israel, saying;
Ye and your wives have both spoken with your mouths,
and fulfilled with your hand, saying,
We will surely perform our vows that we have vowed,
to burn incense to the queen of heaven,
and to pour out drink offerings unto her:
ye will surely accomplish your vows,
and surely perform your vows.

pour out thine heart like water

on every one that passed by; his it was.

and thy nakedness discovered
through thy whoredoms with thy lovers,

and by the blood of thy children,
which thou didst give unto them;
Ezekiel 20:8 But they rebelled against me,
and would not hearken unto me:

to accomplish my anger against them
in the midst of the land of Egypt.
Ezekiel 20:13 But the house of Israel rebelled
against me in the wilderness:
they walked not in my statutes,

then I said, I would pour out my fury
upon them in the wilderness, to consume them.
Ezekiel 20:21 Notwithstanding the children rebelled against me:
they walked not in my statutes,

which if a man do, he shall even live in them;
they polluted my sabbaths:
then I said, I would pour out my fury upon them,
to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness.
Ezekiel 20:28 For when I had brought them into the land,
for the which I lifted up mine hand to give it to them,

there also they made their sweet savour,
and poured out there their drink offerings.
