I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “voice of”.

at the voice of him that cried,
and the house was filled with smoke.

Whom shall I send,
and who will go for us?
Then said I, Here am I; send me.

thou shalt weep no more:

The LORD hath redeemed his servant Jacob.

and hath no light?
let him trust in the name of the LORD,
and stay upon his God.

Isa 51:3 For the LORD shall comfort Zion:

and her desert like the garden of the LORD;
joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving,

and joy in my people;
and the voice of weeping

that rendereth recompence to his enemies.

the voice of the LORD our God.

Jer 4:31 For I have heard a voice as of a woman in travail,
and the anguish as of her

Woe is me now!
for my soul is wearied because of murderers.

and with strange vanities?

Jer 9:10 For the mountains will I take up a weeping and wailing,

and of them that shall bring the sacrifice of praise
into the house of the LORD.
For I will cause to return the captivity of the land,
as at the first, saith the LORD.
