I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Sold”.

Gen 25:33 And Jacob said, Swear to me this day;
and he sware unto him:
and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.

Gen 31:15 Are we not counted of him strangers?
for he hath sold us,
and hath quite devoured also our money.

Gen 37:28 Then there passed by Midianites merchantmen;
and they drew and lifted up Joseph out of the pit,
and sold Joseph to the Ishmeelites for twenty pieces of silver:
and they brought Joseph into Egypt.

Gen 37:36 And the Midianites sold him into Egypt unto Potiphar,
an officer of Pharaoh’s,
and captain of the guard.

Gen 41:56 And the famine was over all the face of the earth:

Lev 25:34 But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold;
for it is their perpetual possession.

thou shalt not compel him to serve as a bondservant:

Lev 25:42 For they are my servants,
which I brought forth out of the land of Egypt:
