I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “our Father”.

Mat 3:9 And think not to say within yourselves,
We have Abraham to our father:
for I say unto you,
that God is able of these stones
to raise up children unto Abraham.

Mat 6:9 After this manner therefore pray ye:
Our Father which art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.

Mat 23:30 And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers,
we would not have been partakers
with them in the blood of the prophets.

that cometh in the name of the Lord:
Hosanna in the highest.

and to his seed for ever.

and to remember his holy covenant;

and begin not to say within yourselves,
We have Abraham to our father:
for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones
to raise up children unto Abraham.

and the prophets are dead:
whom makest thou thyself?

but thrust him from them,
