I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “tree…”.

therefore every tree
which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down,
and cast into the fire.

Mat 7:17 Even so every good tree
bringeth forth good fruit;
but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

Mat 7:18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit,
neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Mat 7:19 Every tree that bringeth not forth
good fruit is hewn down,
and cast into the fire.

Mat 12:33 Either make the tree good,
and his fruit good;
or else make the tree corrupt,
and his fruit corrupt:
for the tree is known by his fruit.

Mat 13:32 Which indeed is the least of all seeds:
but when it is grown,
it is the greatest among herbs,
and becometh a tree,
so that the birds of the air come
and lodge in the branches thereof.

Mat 21:8 And a very great multitude spread
their garments in the way;
others cut down branches from the trees,
and strawed them in the way.

Mat 21:19 And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it,
and found nothing thereon, but leaves only,
and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee
henceforward for ever.
And presently the fig tree withered away.

Mat 21:20 And when the disciples saw it,
they marvelled, saying,
How soon is the fig tree withered away!

Mat 21:21 Jesus answered and said unto them,
Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith,
and doubt not,
ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree,
but also if ye shall say unto this mountain,
Be thou removed,
and be thou cast into the sea;
it shall be done.

Mat 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree;
When his branch is yet tender,
and putteth forth leaves,
ye know that summer is nigh:

and said, I see men as trees, walking.

and others cut down branches off the trees,
and strawed them in the way.

Mar 11:13 And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves,
he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon:
and when he came to it,
he found nothing but leaves;

they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.

and he came and sought fruit thereon,

seeking fruit on this fig tree,
and find none: cut it down;
why cumbereth it the ground?
