I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “door” from the Old Testament.

Job 3:10 Because it shut not up the doors of my mother’s womb,
nor hid sorrow from mine eyes.

Job 31:9 If mine heart have been deceived by a woman,
or if I have laid wait at my neighbour’s door;

Job 31:32 The stranger did not lodge in the street:
but I opened my doors to the traveller.

Job 31:34 Did I fear a great multitude,
or did the contempt of families terrify me,
that I kept silence,
and went not out of the door?

before the LORD in the sabbaths and in the new moons.

and, behold, waters issued out
from under the threshold of the house eastward:

at the south side of the altar.
