I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “countenance”.

Gen 4:5 But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect.
And Cain was very wroth,
and his countenance fell.

Gen 4:6 And the LORD said unto Cain,
Why art thou wroth?
and why is thy countenance fallen?

Gen 31:2 And Jacob beheld the countenance of Laban,
and, behold, it was not toward him as before.

Gen 31:5 And said unto them, I see your father’s countenance,
