I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “memorial”.

Exodus 3:15 And God said moreover unto Moses,
Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel,
The LORD God of your fathers,
the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac,
and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you:
this is my name for ever,
and this is my memorial unto all generations.

Exodus 12:14 And this day shall be unto you for a memorial;
and ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD
throughout your generations;
ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.

Exodus 13:9 And it shall be for a sign unto thee upon thine hand,
and for a memorial between thine eyes,
that the LORD’s law may be in thy mouth:
for with a strong hand hath the LORD
brought thee out of Egypt.

Exodus 17:14 And the LORD said unto Moses,
Write this for a memorial in a book,
and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua:
for I will utterly put out the remembrance
of Amalek from under heaven.

Exodus 28:12 And thou shalt put the two stones
upon the shoulders of the ephod
for stones of memorial unto the children of Israel:
and Aaron shall bear their names before the LORD

part of the beaten corn thereof,

with all the frankincense thereof:
it is an offering made by fire unto the LORD.

Leviticus 5:12 Then shall he bring it to the priest,

even a memorial thereof,
and burn it on the altar,
according to the offerings made by fire unto the LORD:
it is a sin offering.

Leviticus 6:15 And he shall take of it his handful,
of the flour of the meat offering,
and of the oil thereof,
and all the frankincense which is upon the meat offering,
and shall burn it upon the altar for a sweet savour,
even the memorial of it,
unto the LORD.

Leviticus 23:24 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying,
In the seventh month, in the first day of the month,
shall ye have a sabbath,
a memorial of blowing of trumpets,
an holy convocation.

Leviticus 24:7 And thou shalt put pure frankincense upon each row,
that it may be on the bread for a memorial,
even an offering made by fire unto the LORD.

Numbers 5:15 Then shall the man bring his wife unto the priest,
and he shall bring her offering for her,
the tenth part of an ephah of barley meal;
he shall pour no oil upon it,
nor put frankincense thereon;
for it is an offering of jealousy,
an offering of memorial,
bringing iniquity to remembrance.

and uncover the woman’s head,
and put the offering of memorial in her hands,
which is the jealousy offering:

the bitter water that causeth the curse:

even the memorial thereof,
and burn it upon the altar,
and afterward shall cause the woman to drink the water.

and in the beginnings of your months,
ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings,
and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings;
that they may be to you for a memorial before your God:
I am the LORD your God.

Numbers 16:40 To be a memorial unto the children of Israel,
that no stranger, which is not of the seed of Aaron,
come near to offer incense before the LORD;
that he be not as Korah,
and as his company: as the LORD said to him by the hand of Moses.

took the gold of the captains of thousands and of hundreds,
and brought it into the tabernacle of the congregation,
for a memorial for the children of Israel before the LORD.

and these stones shall be for a memorial
unto the children of Israel for ever.

and said, What is it, Lord?
And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms
are come up for a memorial before God.
