I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “serve him”.

Exo 21:6 Then his master shall bring him unto the judges;
he shall also bring him to the door,
or unto the door post;
and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul;
and he shall serve him for ever.

Deu 6:13 Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God,
and serve him,
and shalt swear by his name.

Deu 11:13 And it shall come to pass,
if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments
which I command you this day,
to love the LORD your God,
and to serve him with all your heart
and with all your soul,

Deu 13:4 Ye shall walk after the LORD your God,
and fear him,
and keep his commandments,
and obey his voice,
