‘lodge’ ….. mentioned in the Holy Bible (KJV)

The stranger did not lodge in the street:
but I opened my doors to the traveller. – Job 31:32

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “lodge”.

Gen 24:23 And said, Whose daughter art thou?
tell me, I pray thee:
is there room in thy father’s house for us to lodge in?

Gen 24:25 She said moreover unto him,
We have both straw and provender enough,
and room to lodge in.

Gen 32:13 And he lodged there that same night;
and took of that which came to his hand
a present for Esau his brother;

Gen 32:21 So went the present over before him:
and himself lodged that night in the company.

Num 22:8 And he said unto them, Lodge here this night,
and I will bring you word again, as the LORD shall speak unto me:
and the princes of Moab abode with Balaam.

Jos 2:1 And Joshua the son of Nun
sent out of Shittim two men to spy secretly, saying,
Go view the land, even Jericho. And they went,
and came into an harlot’s house, named Rahab,
and lodged there.
