And I will turn your feasts into mourning,
and all your songs into lamentation;
and I will bring up sackcloth upon all loins,
and baldness upon every head;
and I will make it as the mourning of an only son,

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Lamentation”.

Gen 50:10 And they came to the threshingfloor of Atad,
which is beyond Jordan,
and there they mourned with a great
and very sore lamentation:
and he made a mourning for his father seven days.

2Sa 1:17 And David lamented
with this lamentation over Saul
and over Jonathan his son:

2Ch 35:25 And Jeremiah lamented for Josiah:
and all the singing men
and the singing women spake of Josiah
in their lamentations to this day,
and made them an ordinance in Israel:
and, behold, they are written in the lamentations.

Psa 78:64 Their priests fell by the sword;
and their widows made no lamentation.

Jer 6:26 O daughter of my people,
gird thee with sackcloth,
and wallow thyself in ashes:
make thee mourning,
as for an only son, most bitter lamentation:
for the spoiler shall suddenly come upon us.

Eze 32:2 Son of man, take up a lamentation
for Pharaoh king of Egypt,
and say unto him, Thou art like a young lion of the nations,
and thou art as a whale in the seas:
and thou camest forth with thy rivers,
and troubledst the waters with thy feet,
and fouledst their rivers.

Eze 32:16 This is the lamentation
wherewith they shall lament her:
the daughters of the nations shall lament her:
they shall lament for her, even for Egypt,
and for all her multitude, saith the Lord GOD.

Amo 5:1 Hear ye this word which I take up against you,
even a lamentation, O house of Israel.
