I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “eat bread”.

Gen 3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread,
till thou return unto the ground;
for out of it wast thou taken:
for dust thou art,
and unto dust shalt thou return.

Gen 31:54 Then Jacob offered sacrifice upon the mount,
and called his brethren to eat bread:
and they did eat bread,
and tarried all night in the mount.

Gen 37:25 And they sat down to eat bread:
and they lifted up their eyes and looked,
and, behold, a company of Ishmeelites came from Gilead
