The tender and delicate woman among you,
which would not adventure to set the sole of her foot
upon the ground for delicateness
and tenderness,
her eye shall be evil toward the husband of her bosom,

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “tender”.

Gen 18:7 And Abraham ran unto the herd,
and fetcht a calf tender and good,
and gave it unto a young man;
and he hasted to dress it.

Gen 29:17 Leah was tender eyed;
but Rachel was beautiful and well favoured.

Gen 33:13 And he said unto him,
My lord knoweth that the children are tender,
and the flocks and herds with young are with me:
and if men should overdrive them one day,
all the flock will die.

Deu 28:54 So that the man that is tender among you,
and very delicate, his eye shall be evil toward his brother,
and toward the wife of his bosom,
and toward the remnant of his children which he shall leave:
