For such are false apostles,
deceitful workers,
transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. – 2Co 11:13

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Apostles”.

Mat 10:2 Now the names of the twelve apostles are these;
The first, Simon, who is called Peter,
and Andrew his brother; James the son of Zebedee,
and John his brother;

Mar 6:30 And the apostles gathered
themselves together unto Jesus,
and told him all things, both what they had done,
and what they had taught.

Luk 6:13 And when it was day,
he called unto him his disciples:
and of them he chose twelve,
whom also he named apostles;

Luk 6:14 Simon, (whom he also named Peter,)
and Andrew his brother,
James and John,
Philip and Bartholomew,
Luk 6:15 Matthew and Thomas,
James the son of Alphaeus,
and Simon called Zelotes,
