I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “face”.

Gen 1:2 And the earth was without form,
and void;
and darkness was upon the face of the deep.
And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Gen 1:29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed,
which is upon the face of all the earth,
and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed;
to you it shall be for meat.

Gen 2:6 But there went up a mist from the earth,
and watered the whole face of the ground.

Gen 3:19 In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread,
till thou return unto the ground;
for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art,
and unto dust shalt thou return.

Gen 4:14 Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth;
and from thy face shall I be hid;
and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth;

Gen 6:7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man
whom I have created

both man, and beast,

Gen 7:3 Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female;
to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth.

Gen 7:4 For yet seven days,
and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights;
and every living substance that I have made
will I destroy from off the face of the earth.

Gen 7:18 And the waters prevailed,
and were increased greatly upon the earth;
and the ark went upon the face of the waters.

Gen 7:23 And every living substance was destroyed
which was upon the face of the ground, both man,
and cattle,
and the creeping things,
and the fowl of the heaven;
and they were destroyed from the earth:
and Noah only remained alive,
and they that were with him in the ark.

Gen 8:8 Also he sent forth a dove from him,
to see if the waters were abated
from off the face of the ground;

and Noah removed the covering of the ark,

and, behold, the face of the ground was dry.

Gen 11:4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower,
whose top may reach unto heaven;
and let us make us a name,
lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.

Gen 11:8 So the LORD scattered them abroad
from thence upon the face of all the earth:

Gen 11:9 Therefore is the name of it called Babel;
because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth:
and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad

Gen 16:6 But Abram said unto Sarai, Behold,
thy maid is in thy hand;
do to her as it pleaseth thee.
And when Sarai dealt hardly with her,
she fled from her face.

Gen 16:8 And he said, Hagar, Sarai’s maid, whence camest thou?

And she said, I flee from the face of my mistress Sarai.

Except your youngest brother come down with you,

Now let me die, since I have seen thy face,

I had not thought to see thy face:
and, lo, God hath shewed me also thy seed.

Gen 48:12 And Joseph brought them out from between his knees,
and he bowed himself with his face to the earth.

Gen 50:1 And Joseph fell upon his father’s face,
and wept upon him,
and kissed him.

Gen 50:18 And his brethren also went and fell down before his face;
and they said, Behold, we be thy servants.

Exo 2:15 Now when Pharaoh heard this thing,
he sought to slay Moses.
But Moses fled from the face of Pharaoh,
and dwelt in the land of Midian:

I will see thy face again no more.

and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face,

but my face shall not be seen.

Exo 34:29 And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai
with the two tables of testimony in Moses’ hand,
when he came down from the mount,
that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone
while he talked with him.

Exo 34:30 And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses,
behold, the skin of his face shone;
and they were afraid to come nigh him.

Exo 34:33 And till Moses had done speaking with them,
he put a vail on his face.

Exo 34:35 And the children of Israel saw the face of Moses,
that the skin of Moses’ face shone:
and Moses put the vail upon his face again,
until he went in to speak with him.

Lev 13:41 And he that hath his hair fallen off
from the part of his head toward his face,
he is forehead bald: yet is he clean.

Lev 17:10 And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel,
or of the strangers that sojourn among you,
that eateth any manner of blood;
I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood,

and ye shall be slain before your enemies:
they that hate you shall reign over you;
and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.

Num 6:25 The LORD make his face shine upon thee,
and be gracious unto thee:

and brought quails from the sea,
and let them fall by the camp, as it were a day’s journey on this side,

which is by the river of the land of the children of his people, to call him, saying,
Behold, there is a people come out from Egypt:
behold, they cover the face of the earth,
and they abide over against me:

Num 22:11 Behold, there is a people come out of Egypt,
which covereth the face of the earth:
come now, curse me them;
peradventure I shall be able to overcome them,
and drive them out.

so shall ye perish;
because ye would not be obedient

that the LORD thy God is he which goeth over before thee;
as a consuming fire he shall destroy them,
and he shall bring them down before thy face:
so shalt thou drive them out,
and destroy them quickly,

Deu 25:2 And it shall be, if the wicked man be worthy to be beaten,
that the judge shall cause him to lie down,
and to be beaten before his face,
according to his fault, by a certain number.

Deu 25:9 Then shall his brother’s wife come unto him in the presence of the elders,
and loose his shoe from off his foot,
and spit in his face,
and shall answer and say, So shall it be done
unto that man that will not build up his brother’s house.

Deu 28:7 The LORD shall cause thine enemies
that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face:
they shall come out against thee one way,
and flee before thee seven ways.

Deu 28:31 Thine ox shall be slain before thine eyes,
and thou shalt not eat thereof:
thine ass shall be violently taken away from before thy face,
and shall not be restored to thee:
thy sheep shall be given unto thine enemies,
and thou shalt have none to rescue them.

Deu 31:5 And the LORD shall give them up before your face,
that ye may do unto them according unto all the commandments
which I have commanded you.

Deu 31:17 Then my anger shall be kindled against them in that day,
and I will forsake them,
and I will hide my face from them,
and they shall be devoured,
and many evils and troubles shall befall them;
so that they will say in that day,
Are not these evils come upon us,
because our God is not among us?

Deu 31:18 And I will surely hide my face in that day
for all the evils which they shall have wrought,
in that they are turned unto other gods.

Deu 32:20 And he said, I will hide my face from them,
I will see what their end shall be:
for they are a very froward generation,
children in whom is no faith.

Deu 34:10 And there arose not a prophet
