I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “To whom”.

Gen 24:14 And let it come to pass,
that the damsel to whom I shall say,
Let down thy pitcher, I pray thee, that I may drink;
and she shall say, Drink,
and I will give thy camels drink also:
let the same be she that thou hast appointed
for thy servant Isaac;
and thereby shall I know that
thou hast shewed kindness unto my master.

Exo 6:26 These are that Aaron and Moses,
to whom the LORD said,
Bring out the children of Israel
from the land of Egypt according to their armies.

Exo 23:27 I will send my fear before thee,
