I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “in thine heart”.

Lev 19:17 Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart:
thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour,
and not suffer sin upon him.

Deu 4:39 Know therefore this day,
and consider it in thine heart,
that the LORD he is God in heaven above,
and upon the earth beneath:
there is none else.

Deu 6:6 And these words,
which I command thee this day,
shall be in thine heart:

Deu 7:17 If thou shalt say in thine heart,
These nations are more than I;
how can I dispossess them?

Deu 8:2 And thou shalt remember all the way
which the LORD thy God led thee
these forty years in the wilderness,
to humble thee,
and to prove thee,
to know what was in thine heart, whether
thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.

Deu 8:5 Thou shalt also consider in thine heart,
that, as a man chasteneth his son,
so the LORD thy God chasteneth thee.

Deu 8:17 And thou say in thine heart,
My power and the might of mine hand
hath gotten me this wealth.

Deu 9:4 Speak not thou in thine heart,
after that the LORD thy God hath
cast them out from before thee,
saying, For my righteousness the LORD hath
brought me in to possess this land:
but for the wickedness of these nations
the LORD doth drive them out from before thee.

Deu 18:21 And if thou say in thine heart,
How shall we know the word
which the LORD hath not spoken?

1Sa 9:19 And Samuel answered Saul,
and said, I am the seer:
go up before me unto the high place;
for ye shall eat with me to day,
and to morrow I will let thee go,
and will tell thee all that is in thine heart.

1Sa 14:7 And his armourbearer said unto him,
Do all that is in thine heart:
turn thee;
behold, I am with thee according to thy heart.

2Sa 7:3 And Nathan said to the king,
Go, do all that is in thine heart;
for the LORD is with thee.

1Ki 8:18 And the LORD said unto David my father,
Whereas it was in thine heart
to build an house unto my name,
thou didst well that it was in thine heart.

1Ch 17:2 Then Nathan said unto David,
Do all that is in thine heart;
for God is with thee.

2Ch 1:11 And God said to Solomon,
Because this was in thine heart,
and thou hast not asked riches,
wealth, or honour,
nor the life of thine enemies,
neither yet hast asked long life;
but hast asked wisdom and knowledge for thyself,
that thou mayest judge my people,
over whom I have made thee king:

2Ch 6:8 But the LORD said to David my father,
Forasmuch as it was in thine heart
to build an house for my name,
thou didst well in that it was in thine heart:

Job 10:13 And these things
hast thou hid in thine heart:
I know that this is with thee.

Job 22:22 Receive, I pray thee,
the law from his mouth,
and lay up his words in thine heart.

Pro 6:25 Lust not after her beauty in thine heart;
neither let her take thee with her eyelids.

Isa 14:13 For thou hast said in thine heart,
I will ascend into heaven,
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God:
I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation,
in the sides of the north:

Isa 47:8 Therefore hear now this,
thou that art given to pleasures,
that dwellest carelessly,
that sayest in thine heart,
I am, and none else beside me;
I shall not sit as a widow,
neither shall I know the loss of children:

Isa 47:10 For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness:
thou hast said, None seeth me.
Thy wisdom and thy knowledge,
it hath perverted thee;
and thou hast said in thine heart,
I am, and none else beside me.

Isa 49:21 Then shalt thou say in thine heart,
Who hath begotten me these,
seeing I have lost my children,
and am desolate, a captive,
and removing to and fro?
and who hath brought up these?
Behold, I was left alone;
these, where had they been?

Jer 13:22 And if thou say in thine heart,
Wherefore come these things upon me?
For the greatness of thine iniquity are
thy skirts discovered,
and thy heels made bare.

Son of man, all my words
that I shall speak unto thee
receive in thine heart,
and hear with thine ears.

Act 5:4 Whiles it remained,
was it not thine own?
and after it was sold,
was it not in thine own power?
why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart?
thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.

Rom 10:6 But the righteousness
which is of faith speaketh on this wise,
Say not in thine heart,
Who shall ascend into heaven?
(that is, to bring Christ down from above:)

Rom 10:9 That if thou shalt confess
with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in thine heart
that God hath raised him from the dead,
thou shalt be saved.
