I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “who can”.

Num 23:10 Who can count the dust of Jacob,
and the number of the fourth part of Israel?
Let me die the death of the righteous,
and let my last end be like his!

Deu 9:2 A people great and tall,
the children of the Anakims,
whom thou knowest,
and of whom thou hast heard say,
Who can stand before the children of Anak!

1Sa 26:9 And David said to Abishai,
Destroy him not:
for who can stretch forth his hand
against the LORD’S anointed,
and be guiltless?
