Dominated ‘Ruler’s ….. in the New Testament (KJV)

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “Ruler”.

Mat 9:18 While he spake these things unto them,
behold, there came a certain ruler,
and worshipped him, saying,
My daughter is even now dead:
but come and lay thy hand upon her,
and she shall live.

Mat 9:23 And when Jesus came into the ruler‘s house,
and saw the minstrels
and the people making a noise,

Mat 24:45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant,
whom his lord hath made ruler over his household,
to give them meat in due season?

Mat 24:47 Verily I say unto you,
That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

Mat 25:21 His lord said unto him, Well done,

against the rulers of the darkness of this world,
against spiritual wickedness in high places.
