I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “his neighbour”.

Exo 11:2 Speak now in the ears of the people,
and let every man borrow of his neighbour,
and every woman of her neighbour, jewels of silver,
and jewels of gold.

Exo 12:4 And if the household be too little for the lamb,
let him and his neighbour next unto his house
take it according to the number of the souls;
every man according to his eating
shall make your count for the lamb.

Exo 21:14 But if a man come
presumptuously upon his neighbour,
to slay him with guile;
thou shalt take him from mine altar,
that he may die.

Exo 22:7 If a man shall deliver unto his neighbour
money or stuff to keep,
and it be stolen out of the man’s house;
if the thief be found,
let him pay double.

Exo 22:8 If the thief be not found,
then the master of the house shall be brought unto the judges,
to see whether he have put his hand unto his neighbour‘s goods.

Exo 22:9 For all manner of trespass, whether it be for ox,
for ass, for sheep, for raiment,
or for any manner of lost thing,
which another challengeth to be his,
the cause of both parties shall come before the judges;
and whom the judges shall condemn,
he shall pay double unto his neighbour.

Exo 22:10 If a man deliver unto his neighbour an ass,
or an ox,
or a sheep,
or any beast,
to keep; and it die,
or be hurt,
or driven away,
no man seeing it:

Exo 22:11 Then shall an oath of the LORD be between them both,
that he hath not put his hand unto his neighbour‘s goods;
and the owner of it shall accept thereof,
and he shall not make it good.

Exo 22:14 And if a man borrow ought of his neighbour,
and it be hurt, or die, the owner thereof being not with it,
he shall surely make it good.

Exo 32:27 And he said unto them,
Thus saith the LORD God of Israel,
Put every man his sword by his side,
and go in and out from gate to gate throughout the camp,
and slay every man his brother,
and every man his companion,
and every man his neighbour.

Lev 6:2 If a soul sin,
and commit a trespass against the LORD,
and lie unto his neighbour in that
which was delivered him to keep,
or in fellowship,
or in a thing taken away by violence,
or hath deceived his neighbour;

Lev 20:10 And the man that committeth adultery
with another man’s wife,
even he that committeth adultery
with his neighbour‘s wife,
the adulterer and the adulteress
shall surely be put to death.

Lev 24:19 And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbour;
as he hath done, so shall it be done to him;

Deu 4:42 That the slayer might flee thither,
which should kill his neighbour unawares,
and hated him not in times past;
and that fleeing unto one of these cities he might live:

Deu 15:2 And this is the manner of the release:
Every creditor that lendeth ought
unto his neighbour shall release it;
he shall not exact it of his neighbour,
or of his brother;
because it is called the LORD’S release.

Deu 19:4 And this is the case of the slayer,
which shall flee thither, that he may live:
Whoso killeth his neighbour ignorantly,
whom he hated not in time past;

Deu 19:5 As when a man goeth into the wood
with his neighbour to hew wood,
and his hand fetcheth a stroke
with the axe to cut down the tree,
and the head slippeth from the helve,
and lighteth upon his neighbour, that he die;
he shall flee unto one of those cities,
and live:

Deu 19:11 But if any man hate his neighbour,
and lie in wait for him,
and rise up against him,
and smite him mortally that he die,
and fleeth into one of these cities:

Deu 22:24 Then ye shall bring them both out
unto the gate of that city,
and ye shall stone them with stones that they die;
the damsel, because she cried not,
being in the city; and the man,
because he hath humbled his neighbour‘s wife:
so thou shalt put away evil from among you.

Deu 22:26 But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing;
there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death:
for as when a man riseth against his neighbour,
and slayeth him, even so is this matter:

Deu 27:17 Cursed be he that
removeth his neighbour‘s landmark.
And all the people shall say, Amen.

Deu 27:24 Cursed be he that
smiteth his neighbour secretly.
And all the people shall say, Amen.

Jos 20:5 And if the avenger of blood pursue after him,
then they shall not deliver the slayer up into his hand;
because he smote his neighbour unwittingly,
and hated him not beforetime.

Rth 4:7 Now this was the manner in former time
in Israel concerning redeeming and concerning changing,
for to confirm all things;
a man plucked off his shoe,
and gave it to his neighbour:
and this was a testimony in Israel.

1Ki 8:31 If any man trespass against his neighbour,
and an oath be laid upon him to cause him to swear,
and the oath come before thine altar in this house:

1Ki 20:35 And a certain man of the sons of the prophets
said unto his neighbour in the word of the LORD,
Smite me, I pray thee.
And the man refused to smite him.

2Ch 6:22 If a man sin against his neighbour,
and an oath be laid upon him to make him swear,
and the oath come before thine altar in this house;

who calleth upon God,
and he answereth him:
the just upright man is laughed to scorn.

as a man pleadeth for his neighbour!

with flattering lips and with a double heart do they speak.

Psa 15:3 He that backbiteth not with his tongue,
nor doeth evil to his neighbour,
nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.

Psa 89:41 All that pass by the way spoil him:
he is a reproach to his neighbours.

Psa 101:5 Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour,
him will I cut off:
him that hath an high look
and a proud heart will not I suffer.

Pro 6:29 So he that goeth in to his neighbour‘s wife;
whosoever toucheth her shall not be innocent.

Pro 11:9 An hypocrite with his mouth
destroyeth his neighbour:
but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.

Pro 11:12 He that is void of wisdom
despiseth his neighbour:
but a man of understanding holdeth his peace.

Pro 12:26 The righteous is more
excellent than his neighbour:
but the way of the wicked seduceth them.

Pro 14:21 He that despiseth his neighbour sinneth:
but he that hath mercy on the poor,
happy is he.

Pro 16:29 A violent man enticeth his neighbour,
and leadeth him into the way that is not good.

Pro 18:17 He that is first in his own cause seemeth just;
but his neighbour cometh and searcheth him.

Pro 19:4 Wealth maketh many friends;
but the poor is separated from his neighbour.

Pro 21:10 The soul of the wicked desireth evil:
his neighbour findeth no favour in his eyes.

Pro 25:18 A man that beareth false witness
against his neighbour is a maul,
and a sword,
and a sharp arrow.

Pro 26:19 So is the man that deceiveth his neighbour,
and saith, Am not I in sport?

Pro 29:5 A man that flattereth his neighbour
spreadeth a net for his feet.

Ecc 4:4 Again, I considered all travail,
and every right work,
that for this a man is envied of his neighbour.
This is also vanity and vexation of spirit.
