I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “take heed”.

in a dream by night, and said unto him,
Take heed that thou speak not to Jacob either good or bad.

Get thee from me,
take heed to thyself,
see my face no more;

which the LORD hath put in my mouth?

the Levite as long as thou livest upon the earth.

Deu 12:30 Take heed to thyself that
thou be not snared by following them,
after that they be destroyed from before thee;
and that thou enquire not after their gods, saying,
How did these nations serve their gods?
even so will I do likewise.

that thou observe diligently,
and do according to all that the priests the Levites shall teach you:
as I commanded them, so ye shall observe to do.

spake unto all Israel, saying,
Take heed, and hearken, O Israel;
this day thou art become the people of the LORD thy God.

to walk in my law,
as thou hast walked before me.
