I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “aginst the Lord”.

Exo 10:16 Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron in haste;
and he said, I have sinned against the LORD your God,
and against you.

Exo 16:7 And in the morning, then ye shall see the glory of the LORD;
for that he heareth your murmurings against the LORD:
and what are we, that ye murmur against us?

Exo 16:8 And Moses said, This shall be,
when the LORD shall give you in the evening flesh to eat,
and in the morning bread to the full;
for that the LORD heareth your murmurings
which ye murmur against him:
and what are we?
your murmurings are not against us,
but against the LORD.

Lev 5:19 It is a trespass offering:
he hath certainly trespassed against the LORD.

and commit a trespass against the LORD,
and lie unto his neighbour in that which was delivered him to keep,
or in fellowship,
or in a thing taken away by violence,
or hath deceived his neighbour;

Num 5:6 Speak unto the children of Israel,
When a man or woman shall commit any sin that men commit,
to do a trespass against the LORD,
and that person be guilty;

Num 14:9 Only rebel not ye against the LORD,
neither fear ye the people of the land;
for they are bread for us:
their defence is departed from them,
and the LORD is with us:
fear them not.

Num 16:11 For which cause both thou
and all thy company are gathered together against the LORD:
and what is Aaron, that ye murmur against him?

Num 21:7 Therefore the people came to Moses,
and said, We have sinned,
for we have spoken against the LORD,
and against thee; pray unto the LORD,
that he take away the serpents from us.
And Moses prayed for the people.

Num 26:9 And the sons of Eliab; Nemuel,
and Dathan,
and Abiram.
This is that Dathan and Abiram,
which were famous in the congregation,
who strove against Moses and against Aaron in the company of Korah,
when they strove against the LORD:

and he was not in the company of them
that gathered themselves together against the LORD
in the company of Korah;
but died in his own sin,
and had no sons.

through the counsel of Balaam,
to commit trespass against the LORD in the matter of Peor,

ye have sinned against the LORD:
and be sure your sin will find you out.

ye were ready to go up into the hill.

to turn away this day from following the LORD,
in that ye have builded you an altar,
that ye might rebel this day against the LORD?
