I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “ truly”.

truly Lamech seventy and sevenfold.

and truly with my master, tell me:
and if not, tell me;

or to the left.

and he called his son Joseph,
and said unto him, If now I have found grace in thy sight,
put, I pray thee, thy hand under my thigh,
and deal kindly and truly with me;
bury me not, I pray thee, in Egypt:

Gen 48:19 And his father refused, and said,

in that ye have made Abimelech king,

and have done unto him according to the deserving of his hands;

Jdg 9:19 If ye then have dealt truly and sincerely
with Jerubbaal and with his house this day,
then rejoice ye in Abimelech,
and let him also rejoice in you:

1Sa 20:3 And David sware moreover, and said,
Thy father certainly knoweth that
I have found grace in thine eyes;
and he saith, Let not Jonathan know this,
lest he be grieved:
but truly as the LORD liveth,
and as thy soul liveth,
there is but a step between me and death.
