‘Filled Jerusalem’ … mentioned in the Holy Bible (KJV)

And also for the innocent blood that he shed:

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “Filled Jerusalem
”.

2Ki 21:16 Moreover Manasseh shed innocent blood very much,
till he had filled Jerusalem from one end to another;
beside his sin wherewith he made Judah to sin,
in doing that which was evil in the sight of the LORD.

2Ki 24:4 And also for the innocent blood that he shed:
for he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood;
which the LORD would not pardon.

Act 5:28 Saying, Did not we straitly command you
that ye should not teach in this name?
and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine,
and intend to bring this man’s blood upon us.
