Even so then at this present time also
there is a remnant according to the election of grace. – Rom 11:5

I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “ remnant”.

Exo 26:12 And the remnant that remaineth of the curtains of the tent,
the half curtain that remaineth,
shall hang over the backside of the tabernacle.

Lev 2:3 And the remnant of the meat offering
shall be Aaron’s and his sons’:
it is a thing most holy of the offerings of the LORD made by fire.

Lev 5:13 And the priest shall make an atonement
for him as touching his sin that
he hath sinned in one of these,
and it shall be forgiven him:
and the remnant shall be the priest’s,
as a meat offering.

Lev 14:18 And the remnant of the oil
that is in the priest’s hand he shall pour upon
the head of him that is to be cleansed:
and the priest shall make an atonement for him before the LORD.

shall return out of the land of Egypt into the land of Judah,
and all the remnant of Judah,
that are gone into the land of Egypt to sojourn there,
shall know whose words shall stand, mine, or theirs.

to spoil all the Philistines,
and to cut off from Tyrus and Zidon
every helper that remaineth:
for the LORD will spoil the Philistines,
the remnant of the country of Caphtor.
