I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “My people”.

Hos 1:10 Yet the number of the children of Israel
shall be as the sand of the sea,
which cannot be measured nor numbered;
and it shall come to pass,
that in the place where it was said unto them,
Ye are not my people,
there it shall be said unto them,
Ye are the sons of the living God.

Hos 2:23 And I will sow her unto me in the earth;
and I will have mercy upon her
that had not obtained mercy;
and I will say to them which were not my people,
Thou art my people;
and they shall say, Thou art my God.

Hos 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge:
because thou hast rejected knowledge,
I will also reject thee,
that thou shalt be no priest to me:
seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God,
I will also forget thy children.

Hos 4:8 They eat up the sin of my people,
and they set their heart on their iniquity.

Hos 4:12 My people ask counsel at their stocks,
and their staff declareth unto them:
for the spirit of whoredoms hath caused them to err,
and they have gone a whoring from under their God.

Hos 6:11 Also, O Judah,
he hath set an harvest for thee,
when I returned the captivity of my people.

Hos 11:7 And my people are bent to backsliding from me:
though they called them to the most High,
none at all would exalt him.

Joe 2:26 And ye shall eat in plenty,
and be satisfied,
and praise the name of the LORD your God,
that hath dealt wondrously with you:
and my people shall never be ashamed.

Joe 2:27 And ye shall know that
I am in the midst of Israel,
and that I am the LORD your God,
and none else:
and my people shall never be ashamed.

Joe 3:2 I will also gather all nations,
and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat,
and will plead with them there for my people
and for my heritage Israel,
whom they have scattered among the nations,
and parted my land.

Joe 3:3 And they have cast lots for my people;
and have given a boy for an harlot,
and sold a girl for wine, that they might drink.

Amo 7:8 And the LORD said unto me,
Amos, what seest thou?
And I said, A plumbline.
Then said the Lord, Behold,
I will set a plumbline in the midst of my people Israel:
I will not again pass by them any more:

Amo 7:15 And the LORD took me
as I followed the flock,
and the LORD said unto me, Go,
prophesy unto my people Israel.

Amo 8:2 And he said, Amos, what seest thou?
And I said, A basket of summer fruit.
Then said the LORD unto me,
The end is come upon my people of Israel;
I will not again pass by them any more.

Amo 9:10 All the sinners of my people shall die
by the sword, which say,
The evil shall not overtake nor prevent us.

Amo 9:14 And I will bring again
the captivity of my people of Israel,
and they shall build the waste cities,
and inhabit them;
and they shall plant vineyards,
and drink the wine thereof;
they shall also make gardens,
and eat the fruit of them.

Oba 1:13 Thou shouldest not have entered
into the gate of my people in the day of their calamity; yea,
thou shouldest not have looked on their affliction
in the day of their calamity,
nor have laid hands on their substance
in the day of their calamity;

Mic 1:9 For her wound is incurable;
for it is come unto Judah;
he is come unto the gate of my people,
even to Jerusalem.

Mic 2:4 In that day shall one take up
a parable against you,
and lament with a doleful lamentation,
and say, We be utterly spoiled:
he hath changed the portion of my people:
how hath he removed it from me!
turning away he hath divided our fields.

Mic 2:8 Even of late my people is risen up as an enemy:
ye pull off the robe with the garment
from them that pass by securely
as men averse from war.

Mic 2:9 The women of my people have ye cast out
from their pleasant houses;
from their children have ye taken away
my glory for ever.

Mic 3:3 Who also eat the flesh of my people,
and flay their skin from off them;
and they break their bones,
and chop them in pieces, as for the pot,
and as flesh within the caldron.

Mic 3:5 Thus saith the LORD concerning
the prophets that make my people err,
that bite with their teeth,
and cry, Peace;
and he that putteth not into their mouths,
they even prepare war against him.

Mic 6:3 O my people, what have I done unto thee?
and wherein have I wearied thee?
testify against me.

Mic 6:5 O my people,
remember now what Balak king of Moab consulted,
and what Balaam the son of Beor answered him
from Shittim unto Gilgal;
that ye may know the righteousness of the LORD.

Mic 6:16 For the statutes of Omri are kept,
and all the works of the house of Ahab,
and ye walk in their counsels;
that I should make thee a desolation,
and the inhabitants thereof an hissing:
therefore ye shall bear the reproach of my people.

Zep 2:8 I have heard the reproach of Moab,
and the revilings of the children of Ammon,
whereby they have reproached my people,
and magnified themselves against their border.

Zep 2:9 Therefore as I live,
saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel,
Surely Moab shall be as Sodom,
and the children of Ammon as Gomorrah,
even the breeding of nettles,
and saltpits,
and a perpetual desolation:
the residue of my people shall spoil them,
and the remnant of my people shall possess them.

Zec 2:11 And many nations shall be joined
to the LORD in that day,
and shall be my people:
and I will dwell in the midst of thee,
and thou shalt know that the LORD of hosts
hath sent me unto thee.

Zec 8:7 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold,
I will save my people from the east country,
and from the west country;

Zec 8:8 And I will bring them,
and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem:
and they shall be my people,
and I will be their God,
in truth and in righteousness.

Zec 13:9 And I will bring the third part through the fire,
and will refine them as silver is refined,
and will try them as gold is tried:
they shall call on my name,
and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people:
and they shall say, The LORD is my God.
