by man shall his blood be shed:
for in the image of God made he man.

What profit is it if we slay our brother,

and thou shalt take his blood,
and sprinkle it round about upon the altar.

Exo 29:20 Then shalt thou kill the ram,
and take of his blood,

and upon the thumb of their right hand,
and upon the great toe of their right foot,
and sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about.

northward before the LORD:

and before the mercy seat:

his blood shall be on our head,
if any hand be upon him.

a righteous person in his own house upon his bed?

1Ki 2:32 And the LORD shall return his blood upon his own head,
who fell upon two men more righteous and better than he,

and Amasa the son of Jether,

doth turn from his righteousness,
