I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “I command”.

Gen 3:11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked?
Hast thou eaten of the tree,
whereof I commanded thee
that thou shouldest not eat?

Gen 3:17 And unto Adam he said,
Because thou hast hearkened
unto the voice of thy wife,
and hast eaten of the tree,
of which I commanded thee,
saying, Thou shalt not eat of it:
cursed is the ground for thy sake;
in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

Gen 27:8 Now therefore, my son,
obey my voice according to that

observe to do it:
