I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV, the following verses were given in the context of “Ruler”.

behold, there came a certain ruler,
and worshipped him, saying,
My daughter is even now dead:
but come and lay thy hand upon her,
and she shall live.
Mat 9:23 And when Jesus came into the ruler‘s house,
and saw the minstrels
and the people making a noise,
Mat 24:45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant,
whom his lord hath made ruler over his household,
to give them meat in due season?
Mat 24:47 Verily I say unto you,
That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

thou good and faithful servant:

I will make thee ruler over many things:
enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

one of the rulers of the synagogue, Jairus by name;

and them that wept and wailed greatly.

being brought before kings
and rulers for my name’s sake.
Luk 23:13 And Pilate, when he had called together

if he be Christ, the chosen of God.

and our rulers delivered him to be condemned to death,
