I am no preacher, but, am a priime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too,
when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,
the following verses were given in the context of taste .

Exodus 16:31. And the house of Israel called the name thereof Manna: and it was like coriander seed, white;
and the taste of it was like wafers made with honey.

Numbers 11:8 And the people went about,
and gathered it, and ground it in mills, or beat it in a mortar,
and baked it in pans, and made cakes of it:
and the taste of it was as the taste of fresh oil.

1 Samuel 14:24. And the men of Israel were distressed that day:
for Saul had adjured the people, saying,
Cursed be the man that eateth any food until evening,
that I may be avenged on mine enemies.
So none of the people tasted any food.

1 Samuel 14:29. Then said Jonathan,
My father hath troubled the land:
see, I pray you,
how mine eyes have been enlightened,
because I tasted a little of this honey.

1 Samuel 14:43. Then Saul said to Jonathan,
Tell me what thou hast done.
And Jonathan told him,
and said, I did but taste a little honey
with the end of the rod that was in mine hand,
and, lo, I must die.

2 Samuel 3:35. And when all the people
