I am no preacher, but, am a prime sinner and living in this world in HIS mercy. For a sinner like me too, when I read “The Holy Bible” KJV,  the following verses were given in the context of “wicked is”.

Job 21:16 Lo, their good is not in their hand:
the counsel of the wicked is far from me.

Job 21:30 That the wicked is reserved
to the day of destruction?
they shall be brought forth to the day of wrath.

Job 22:18 Yet he filled their houses with good things:
but the counsel of the wicked is far from me.

Psa 9:16 The LORD is known by the judgment
which he executeth:
the wicked is snared in the work
of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah.

Psa 39:1 I said, I will take heed to my ways,
that I sin not with my tongue:
I will keep my mouth with a bridle,
while the wicked is before me.

Pro 12:13 The wicked is snared
by the transgression of his lips:
but the just shall come out of trouble.

Pro 14:32 The wicked is driven away in his wickedness:
but the righteous hath hope in his death.

Pro 15:6 In the house of the righteous is much treasure:
but in the revenues of the wicked is trouble.
